Sonia and Rob were such a delight to work with. They always had our best interest at heart and never rushed us into making a decision. They also had such great knowledge of the NOVA area. We wanted to stay in a school district so they made a spreadsheet of all the neighborhoods that were in our newly-zoned district. They also would vet houses for us a lot. Like, "I went and saw this one but it's on a busy street" or "it doesn't have the yard space you want." To me, that's valuable time they saved us.
